VANAMCOVE Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 August 2026. Please read these terms before using the VANAMCOVE planning service. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service — it is entirely optional.
1. What VANAMCOVE is (and is not)
VANAMCOVE is an independent travel planning assistance and recommendation service. We prepare personalized weekend plans — suggested stays, food spots, activities and day-by-day itineraries — based on the information you choose to share with us. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, booking agent, reseller or transport provider in any country. We do not arrange, operate, sell or guarantee any travel product, ticket, stay or experience. Every booking is made by you, directly with the relevant provider, under that provider's own terms and conditions.
2. What the service costs
The planning service is free up front: your first plan draft plus 2 iterations of it are free. After that, further iterations are charged at ₹50 per iteration (per plan). You are always told the price clearly and upfront before any paid work begins, and you can always stop instead. Our income also comes from affiliate commissions paid by booking partners when you book through the links we share — at no extra cost to you (see our Affiliate Disclosure). We only request payment for a paid iteration, so no payment information is otherwise requested from you.
3. This is your choice — at all times
Using the service is entirely optional and at-will. You can stop at any point — stop filling the form, stop replying, or tell us you are done — with no penalty, no notice period and no obligation of any kind. When you stop, we stop working on your plan and will delete your data if you ask (see the Privacy Policy). Submitting your data to us is your choice too: we only collect the mandatory information needed to plan your travel, and you can opt not to submit it at all. If you prefer not to share information, simply browse our guides and book directly — the planning service is optional, never a requirement. We use Google Ads for advertising; Google's advertising services may process and use data in ways outside our control, and we are not responsible for any third-party usage of your data.
4. Your responsibilities
- Accurate information — plans are only as good as what you tell us. Provide truthful, current information about budgets, dates, preferences and contact details.
- Your approval — review every plan before you act on it. You decide what, if anything, to book.
- Verify details — double-check prices, availability, fees, permits, seasons, timings and rules with the relevant provider before booking or travelling. Facts about destinations can change.
- Compliance — you are responsible for your own travel documents, permits, vaccinations, insurance and compliance with the laws of any place you visit.
5. Third-party bookings
When you book a stay, experience, transport or anything else via a link in our plans or on our site, the contract for that booking is between you and the provider — not us. The provider's own terms, cancellation policies, pricing and refund rules apply exclusively. Changes, cancellations, refunds, overbooking and disputes about any booking must be resolved directly with that provider. We have no power to change, cancel, refund or guarantee any third-party booking.
6. No guarantees
Our plans and site content are suggestions and research, prepared in good faith. Prices, availability, opening hours, seasons and other facts change frequently and we cannot guarantee their accuracy at the moment you book or travel. We make no warranty that any suggested stay, spot, experience or itinerary will be available, suitable, safe, or to your taste. Anything in a plan or on this site should be treated as a starting point to verify yourself.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or service: no scraping, hacking, impersonation, unlawful content, spamming, or use that interferes with our operation or harms others. We may decline or stop service to anyone who abuses it.
8. Intellectual property
The VANAMCOVE name, branding, site content, plans and original research are our property or our licensors'. You may use our plans for your personal travel. You may not republish, resell or commercially reuse our content without written permission.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) the site and service are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied; (b) we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, disappointment or dispute arising from any third-party booking, provider, or travel product — these matters rest between you and the provider, and you agree to resolve them directly with the provider; (c) to the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have actually paid us for the service (currently ₹50 per further iteration; nothing for your first draft and 2 free iterations), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages; (d) nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service that cannot be resolved directly between us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence, to the extent such laws apply and cannot be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
