Kaza lies in the Lahaul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh at about 3,650 m, 200 km from Manali and 260 km from Shimla — the capital of the Spiti valley, its monasteries, the markets and the workation cafes set on the cold-desert country of the high valley.
